Client Service Agreement

Booking
All services must be booked through Time To Pet to ensure accurate scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. Pawnder Pet Care provides only the services expressly booked and paid for through Time To Pet.
Services are non-transferable and may only be used for the pets listed on the client’s account.
Bookings made via email, social media, or informal messages are not accepted. Requests made outside of Time To Pet, including text messages with Kameryn Wells, are not guaranteed until officially confirmed within the platform.
Pawnder Pet Care accepts bookings up to three (3) months in advance. Requests beyond this timeframe are not guaranteed and may be declined.
Clients are responsible for keeping all pet and household information current in Time To Pet. Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated client or pet information.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for service disruptions, errors, or data issues caused by third-party platforms, including Time To Pet.

Walks, Drop-Ins, Trail Walks & Dog Park Services: Due 1 day prior

nvoices are automatically charged on the Monday or Friday prior to service, based on the service start date. Manual payments must follow the same schedule.
Services may be paused for non-payment. Invoices unpaid after 3 days may result in suspension of services.
Rate Changes
Pawnder Pet Care provides at least 15 days’ notice prior to any rate adjustment.
Continued use of recurring services constitutes acceptance of updated rates and policies.

Holiday availability during major holidays is limited and not guaranteed.
For major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s holiday periods, recurring weekly services will be temporarily removed from the schedule and must be booked on an as-needed basis, subject to availability.
Recurring weekly services will automatically resume the following scheduled service week after the major holiday period ends. If a client chooses to cancel a recurring service during non-major holiday periods, standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
Meet & Greet Requirement
A complimentary meet and greet is required for all new clients prior to the start of services. Services will not begin until the meet and greet is scheduled and completed. This allows Pawnder Pet Care to assess pet behavior, routines, and home access. Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to decline services if safety or compatibility concerns arise.

Recurring weekly services reserve dedicated time in Pawnder Pet Care’s schedule. Repeated cancellations of recurring weekly services may result in the removal of the recurring time slot and a transition to booking services on an as-needed basis, subject to availability.
Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue recurring services if cancellation patterns interfere with scheduling or service reliability.

Holiday, Weekend, & After-Hour Services

Weather-Related Or Sitter Cancellations
Refunds or credits will be issued only when services are canceled by Pawnder Pet Care due to weather conditions or sitter emergencies, as determined at Pawnder Pet Care’s discretion. Client-initiated cancellations due to weather do not qualify for refunds or credits.​
Service Changes & Status
Recurring services continue until modified or canceled by either party with proper notice.
Clients must provide 10 days’ notice to pause or discontinue recurring weekly services. Services canceled without proper notice may be billed for the notice period. Notice must be submitted through Time To Pet or confirmed via text with Kameryn Wells.
Recurring services may be temporarily paused upon request. Extended pauses may result in the account being marked inactive and recurring time slots may not be held during the pause.
Services may be paused due to non-payment, scheduling changes, or client request.
Pawnder Pet Care may suspend services due to safety concerns, policy violations, or unresolved issues.
Suspended services may resume on a limited or trial basis at Pawnder Pet Care’s discretion.
Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to discontinue services at its discretion for repeated policy violations, safety concerns, or incompatibility.

Scheduling Windows
Pawnder Pet Care’s standard operating hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
Requests outside of standard operating hours may be accommodated at Pawnder Pet Care’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
Overnight sitting is excluded from standard operating hours and is governed by the Overnight Sitting policy.
Pawnder Pet Care is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, building access issues, prior client emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Delayed services are considered completed if the full service duration is provided.

Pet Health, Safety & Behavior
Vaccinations
Pets must be current on:

Clients must disclose any known illness, injury, parasite, or contagious condition prior to services. Failure to disclose such information may result in immediate discontinuation of services without refund.​
Medication Administration​
Pawnder Pet Care will administer medications as instructed by the client.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for adverse reactions, missed doses due to pet behavior, refusal of medication, or lack of therapeutic effect.

Equipment & Handling
Clients must provide safe, properly fitted, and well-maintained equipment (leashes, collars, harnesses, crates, etc.).
Retractable leashes are not permitted.
Pawnder Pet Care is not liable for injury or escape caused by defective or improperly fitted equipment.

Supplies & Care Items
Clients are responsible for providing sufficient food, medication, litter, waste bags, and other necessary pet supplies for the duration of services.
If supplies are depleted, Pawnder Pet Care may purchase necessary items at the client’s expense.
Behavioral Issues
Clients must disclose any history of biting, aggressive behavior, or previous incidents involving people or animals. Failure to disclose such history may result in immediate discontinuation of services.
If a pet exhibits aggressive or unsafe behavior during a visit, Pawnder Pet Care may end the service immediately for safety reasons. The service will be billed in full.
If a pet is unavailable, hiding, refusing handling, or cannot be safely accessed, the visit will be considered completed and billed as scheduled.
Pawnder Pet Care does not provide training services and does not guarantee behavioral improvement or modification.
Pawnder Pet Care does not guarantee outcomes related to pet behavior, training progress, health, temperament, or elimination habits.

Puppies​
Puppies under 6 months must have at least their first set of vaccinations (Distemper, Bordetella, and Rabies if age-eligible).
Puppies not fully vaccinated may only receive solo walks or private drop-ins. Group walks and dog park services are not permitted.
Extra handling time may be required and reflected in pricing. Feeding, potty training, and play schedules must be clearly documented in the pet profile.
Normal puppy messes are considered part of care and cleaned during scheduled services.
Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to adjust or limit puppy services to ensure safety and proper development.

Emergency Care & Authorization​
lients must provide an emergency contact who:

Is reachable during service

Is familiar with the pet’s basic care needs

Is authorized to make decisions if the client is unavailable
If the designated emergency contact is unreachable, Pawnder Pet Care may act in the pet’s best interest, including seeking veterinary care, without liability for delays or decisions made in good faith.
If an emergency contact is not provided, clients authorize Pawnder Pet Care to approve emergency veterinary care deemed reasonably necessary for the pet’s health or safety. Clients may specify a veterinary spending limit in the pet profile. In the absence of a stated limit, Pawnder Pet Care may approve care deemed necessary.
Clients must reimburse advanced emergency costs within 7 days. Late reimbursement may result in fees or suspension of services.
If a client fails to return as scheduled, becomes unreachable, or abandons the pet, Pawnder Pet Care may arrange continued care, boarding, or alternative placement at the client’s expense. Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for costs incurred due to extended care.
Clients authorize Pawnder Pet Care to share relevant pet information with veterinary providers for the purpose of treatment or emergency care

Weather & Service Disruptions
Pawnder Pet Care is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, building access issues, illness, traffic delays, or emergencies.
Partial services affected by factors outside Pawnder Pet Care’s control are considered completed and billed. Backup coverage is not guaranteed.

Home Access & Security
Access must be provided via key, lockbox, or smart lock. Failed entry due to access issues will be billed as the full scheduled service.
Pawnder Pet Care will not enter homes with unapproved individuals present and is not responsible for lost or damaged access devices unless due to negligence.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for issues arising from the presence or actions of third parties in the home during scheduled services.

Key Pickup & Return
Clients are responsible for providing secure home access prior to the start of services. Accepted access methods include lockbox, smart lock, or physical key.
Key pickup and return must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to additional fees based on time, distance, or required trips. Additional trips for key pickup or return may be billed as a service visit or flat fee.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for service delays, missed visits, or inability to perform services due to missing, incorrect, or inaccessible keys or access instructions.
Keys are stored securely while in Pawnder Pet Care’s possession. Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for lost or damaged keys unless caused by negligence.
For ongoing or recurring services, Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to require the use of a lockbox or smart lock.
Failed entry due to access issues will be billed as the full scheduled service according to the Home Access & Security policy.

Cameras & Monitoring Devices
All indoor and outdoor cameras must be disclosed.
Cameras are prohibited in bathrooms, private sleeping areas designated for overnight sitters, or any location where privacy is reasonably expected.
Discovery of undisclosed cameras may result in immediate discontinuation of services without refund.
Outdoor & High-Activity Services
Outdoor and high-activity services involve increased physical and environmental risk and are provided at the owner’s discretion and subject to acceptance of the policies below.
Trail Walks
Only spayed or neutered dogs may participate. Dogs must be well-socialized, fully vaccinated, and approved by Pawnder Pet Care.
Dogs must be physically capable of extended walks. Trail walks may not be suitable for senior dogs, dogs with mobility limitations, or dogs recovering from injury.
Dogs may be removed from trail walks or transitioned to solo services if behavior, stamina, or safety becomes a concern.
Distance, pace, and route are not guaranteed and may vary based on group dynamics, trail conditions, weather, and safety considerations.
Clients acknowledge that trail environments may expose pets to increased risks, including wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, ticks, insects, and environmental allergens, despite reasonable preventative measures, and voluntarily assume all related risks.
Trail walk services are subject to weather, trail conditions, and Pawnder Pet Care’s professional judgment. Trail walks may be modified, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, trail conditions, safety concerns, or other factors affecting pet or handler safety.
Transportation & Handling
For trail walk services, dogs may be transported by Pawnder Pet Care to and from approved trail locations.
Transportation is provided using secure crates, seatbelt restraints, or vehicle safety harnesses, as appropriate, in climate-controlled vehicles.
Dogs must be able to enter and exit the vehicle safely. Pawnder Pet Care may decline or modify transportation if a dog’s behavior poses a safety risk during transit.
Trail walk return times may vary due to traffic, trail conditions, weather, or group pacing.
Leash & Equipment Restrictions
All dogs must wear a properly fitted, secure harness during trail walk services. Dogs will not be walked on collars.
Leashes must be fixed-length and no longer than six (6) feet. Retractable leashes are not permitted.
The following equipment is not permitted during trail walk services:

Head halters (including Gentle Leader or Halti-type devices)

Shock collars, e-collars, or electronic training devices

Any aversive, corrective, or training tools
Harnesses must be escape-resistant and in good condition. Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for failures caused by worn, damaged, or improperly fitted equipment.
Dogs must wear identification during trail walk services, including an ID tag with the owner’s name and phone number.
Equipment changes or substitutions during a scheduled trail walk are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue trail walk services if equipment is unsafe, improperly fitted, or does not comply with these requirements.
Paws Place Dog Park
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and well-socialized.
Secure, properly fitted collars or harnesses are required; retractable leashes are not permitted.
Dog park passes must be purchased, current, and provided prior to service.
Dogs will remain leashed when entering and exiting the park.
Dogs must wear:

Dogs are not guaranteed off-leash play, social interaction, or specific activity levels during dog park visits.
Pawnder Pet Care reserves the right to remove a dog from the park immediately if behavior, crowding, weather, ground conditions, or safety concerns arise.
If a dog park is closed, overcrowded, or deemed unsafe upon arrival, Pawnder Pet Care may substitute a leashed walk or return the dog home. The service will be considered completed.
Clients assume all risks associated with dog park services, including interactions with other dogs, people, and facilities not controlled by Pawnder Pet Care. Minor injuries such as scratches, bites, or strains may occur despite reasonable supervision. Participation is at the owner’s risk.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for the actions or behavior of other dogs, handlers, or park users.
Pawnder Pet Care does not provide training, behavior modification, or guaranteed behavioral outcomes during dog park services.
Overnight Sitting
Overnight sitting is provided only in the client’s home and is scheduled during standard overnight hours of 8:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Overnight sitting includes one (1) 30-minute midday drop-in visit, subject to Pawnder Pet Care’s availability. Additional daytime visits or extended coverage outside of overnight hours are not guaranteed and must be booked separately if available.
Clients must supply clean, safe bedding, towels, and all necessary pet supplies.
If accommodations are inadequate or unsafe, Pawnder Pet Care may:

Convert the stay to drop-in visits at the drop-in rate

Reschedule or cancel services
Clients are responsible for all household cleaning unrelated to pet or sitter activity.
Pet & Service-Related Cleanliness
Pawnder Pet Care cleans messes caused by pets or the sitter during services. Clients are responsible for all other household cleaning.​

Liability & Risk Agreement
Clients acknowledge that animals are unpredictable and voluntarily assume all risks associated with pet care, including injury, illness, escape, loss, property damage, or death, even when reasonable care is exercised.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for:

Pre-existing or undisclosed conditions

Age-related conditions
-
Acts of nature
-
Normal risks of pet care
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet to people, property, or other animals.
Pawnder Pet Care is not liable for escapes caused by faulty equipment, unsecured property, or pet behavior.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawnder Pet Care from all claims arising from pet behavior or inaccurate information. Any liability, if proven, is limited to the amount paid for the service during which the incident occurred.
Pawnder Pet Care is not responsible for losses or impacts beyond the scope or value of the scheduled service.

Photo & Video / Social Media Release
Photos and videos may be shared via Time To Pet and used publicly for marketing or social media purposes. Clients may opt out at any time.
Photos, videos, and visit notes may be used to document service completion or conditions at the time of service.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Pawnder Pet Care operates. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in that jurisdiction.​

By booking services through Time To Pet, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all Pawnder Pet Care policies, including liability limitations, assumption of risk, and financial responsibilities.
